Another busy week in Football-o-Rama development - this time the club staff, automated managers and weather systems were tested. This week the first training sessions will take place and in few days first test matches.

Staff module was also reworked - you can hire unlimited number of staff (as long as you have enough money and office space for all of them), right now they can have one of the 19 jobs available (from coaches to groundskeepers, from security officers to marketing managers) and some of them you will be able to hire through staff market, but for some you will be have to hire head-hunting company that will present you with candidates. As usual in new Football-o-Rama it makes the difference which one of them you will choose and there is no such thing as the best candidate - everything is relative...

Weather system will change the weather for each week of the game - different for each continent and within continent there could be differences according to the climate types that are assigned to specific countries and cities.

Automated managers is a new feature - they will help with the tests before the game will open for users, but later they will be part of the game. The automated managers will run the clubs that have no managers or are non-league teams, but each of those managers have slightly different personality and skills, so they won�t be just simple robots that will lose every single game - they will be taking part in transfer market making and receiving offers, they will be setting up their teams for the games so the human users have real opponents, they will train their players and have a general plan for their future.
